How does the warranty work?

You start in ENG6 or earlier

The warranty applies starting at ENG6 or a lower level.

Complete your route

You must take ENG8 and all subsequent courses consecutively.

You remain enrolled

A grade of at least 80% is required in each course.

You take your Level Exams

Placement Tests are a mandatory part of the process.

The warranty is activated

Upon completing ENG8, the B2 Exam determines whether you have reached the B2 level.

When does the warranty take effect?

The warranty becomes effective only after completing ENG8 and taking the B2 Level Exam.

If that test shows that the student has not yet reached the B2 level, they can make a claim under the guarantee.

You can continue studying at no additional cost

You can continue your education without paying any more.

Canaway assigns courses or tutoring sessions

We'll place you in the courses you need to move forward.

Continue until you reach the target level

Until the B2 Level Exam confirms that you have reached the B2 level.
